It was alright overall. The setup wasn’t too bad once I figured things out, but I was expecting clearer instructions from the start. Support did help, though it took a little longer than I would’ve liked.

I’m still waiting on my order . It never showed up .

I ordered through birchrobot.com and the website itself was easy enough to use, so that part wasn’t really an issue.
The annoying part was the customer support. I sent a question about my order and didn’t hear back for almost 4 days. Compared to other online shops I’ve used, where I usually get some kind of response within a day or two, this felt slow. By the time they replied, I had already figured out part of it on my own.

The answer I got was fine once it finally came through, so it wasn’t a terrible experience overall. But the response time definitely needs improvement, especially if someone needs help quickly

Setting it up was mostly painless. I think it took around 10 minutes, maybe a little more because I got turned around on one screen for a bit. I can’t remember if that was near the beginning or closer to the end, but once I figured it out, everything worked fine

I had a problem and thought the warranty would cover it... but nope. They kept pointing me to the fine print and saying it wasn’t included. It also took days just to get a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Kind of feels like the warranty is mostly there to look good on the site. Really annoying experience... I went on birchrobot.com expecting to find something that felt like a smart buy, but the pricing kind of stopped me in my tracks. I had a frustrating time with the Birch Robot because it just wouldn’t stay connected. It would work for a bit, then randomly drop the connection a few minutes later (usually right when I thought it was finally set up), and I’d have to start messing with it all over again.

I tried the usual fixes like restarting it, moving it closer to the Wi-Fi, and checking the setup (nothing fancy, just the basic stuff), but the problem kept happening. For the price, I expected it to be more reliable and just work without constantly disconnecting.

This thing keeps crashing way too much. I’ll be in the middle of using it and then, boom, it just gives up. Annoying for something that’s supposed to make things easier.

It’s been accurate for me overall. It gets most things right and the results come back fast enough that I’m not sitting there aging a thousand years waiting. There have been a couple little misses here and there, so it’s not flawless, but for the most part I’m really happy with how it performs.

I’ve been using the app here and there, mostly when I’m trying to get stuff done quickly between other things, like checking it while making coffee or waiting for my laundry. It does a few things fine, so I wouldn’t say it’s completely bad, but it feels buggy. It lags more than I expected, and some buttons just don’t respond right away, which made me tap them a bunch of times thinking maybe I missed. I had to restart the app more than once too. Not the worst app I’ve ever used, but annoying when you just want it to work normally
